We begin where we always do, in circle, in presence, in the pulse of community.

We’ll move through waves, from sensual and slow… to wild, primal, and unapologetically alive!

- A cozy blanket for the Sound Bath: It can get chilly on the cool down after blissfully dancing & sweating

- Your ticket: We will be checking tickets at the door. If you have them on your device, that works too!

- Cash or Credit: We have some fabulous vendors coming to share their wildly unique offerings that you wond find anywhere else! Please make sure you visit their tables and get to know your local medicine keepers & creation weavers

- We dance bare foot for full body integration.

- NO ALCOHOL permitted on site or consumed prior to the event.

- It’s welcomed to take up space but please respect the boundaries of others :)

- Wear clothing that is a beautiful expression of your playfulness & allows you to move freely

- Phones are totally fine but we do have a small ask for any video and photo sessions to be OFF the dance floor
